Purchase Point Earning Formula

Earned Points = Rounded Down (Eligible Order Amount ÷ 1,000 × Tier Multiplier) + Highest Order Bonus Tier.

The eligible order amount is the product price after discounts, promo codes, and point redemptions, excluding shipping fees. The tier multiplier applies only to base earned points and does not multiply order tier bonuses.

Each order qualifies for only one highest milestone bonus; all four member tiers receive milestone bonuses when this feature is active.

Easy Reference Examples

• Member Tier Xanh purchases for 300,000 VND without discounts or points: 300 base points + 300 milestone bonus points = 600 points. A purchase of 440,000 VND under the same conditions yields 440 + 300 = 740 points.
• Member Tier Bạc purchases for an eligible 500,000 VND: 500 × 1.25 = 625 base points, plus 700 milestone bonus points = 1,325 points.
• Member Tier Xanh purchases for 120,000 VND, uses 1,000 points to get a 10,000 VND discount: the actual payable amount is 110,000 VND, earning 110 points. If a 300,000 VND order uses 1,000 points, it drops to 290,000 VND and misses the 299,000 VND milestone bonus threshold.

When Points Become Usable

Purchase points become available after 7 days, equivalent to 168 hours, from the time delivery is confirmed by OPODIS. Each batch of points is valid for 12 months from the date they become usable. You can check the estimated unlock date and history in your OPODIS Member section.

Using Points at Checkout

100 points = 1,000 VND discount on product value. The merchandise subtotal after discounts and promo codes must be at least 99,000 VND to redeem points. Enter the point amount in the promo box at checkout and click Apply; enter 0 to clear selected points.

Points can cover a maximum of 30% of the eligible product subtotal. Total benefits cannot exceed 40% of the listed retail price, including product discounts, coupon codes, redeemed points, subsidized shipping, and earned points value. The system may adjust applied points or notify of incompatible offers to keep within limits. Points can only be redeemed when the point redemption feature is enabled.
