Four Membership Tiers
| Tier | 12-Month Qualifying Spend | Point Multiplier | Shipping Policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Xanh | Upon Joining | ×1 | Standard rate at checkout |
| Bạc | From 1,000,000 VND | ×1.25 | Standard rate at checkout |
| Vàng | From 3,000,000 VND | ×1.5 | Free shipping from 199,000 VND |
| Kim Cương | From 7,000,000 VND | ×2 | Free shipping from 99,000 VND |
Qualifying spend is the actual amount paid for confirmed delivered orders after the 7-day waiting period and excluding returns or shipping fees. Available point balance and tier qualifying spend are two separate metrics.
Membership status is maintained for a 12-month period. In the event of order cancellations or returns, the system recalculates benefits and tier status based on the remaining eligible amount. New multipliers apply to subsequent orders after your tier update.
Welcome Bonus & Tier-Up Rewards
You receive 1,000 welcome points once per account upon joining when this benefit is active. When achieving Tier Bạc status, you earn a one-time bonus of 500 points per lifetime. Tiers Vàng and Kim Cương do not offer separate tier-up point bonuses.
Birthday Rewards & Shipping
Each tier includes dedicated birthday vouchers. Please refer to the Voucher Terms page for full details regarding voucher value, birth date conditions, and validity periods.
Free shipping thresholds are evaluated based on the final subtotal after all applied discounts and points. Benefits apply strictly to eligible shipping methods displayed at checkout and remain subject to maximum benefit caps. Applicable fees and delivery addresses are finalized during payment.
All privileges are applicable only while corresponding programs and features are active. The effective terms version is displayed on the website; completed orders maintain the rules logged at the time of purchase.
