Membership Program Terms

Participation & Scope of Application

The program is available to customers who voluntarily join by logging into their OPODIS website account and accepting the terms. OPODIS does not automatically combine accounts or point balances from different accounts.

The program applies to orders placed on the website as well as orders placed via hotline, Zalo, or fanpage that are created and confirmed by staff under the correct member account in the system. Marketplace orders are not yet eligible. Currently available products follow the membership mechanism according to the new policy version; sale prices are still counted toward the maximum benefit cap.

Benefit Logging & Recognition

Point accumulation rates, milestone bonuses, tier multipliers, vouchers, and limits are determined by the effective policy version. Policy updates will not automatically recalculate past orders using new rules. Only currently active benefits will be applied.

Purchase points remain pending for 168 hours from confirmed delivery time. Cancellations, returns, or order adjustments may alter tier qualifying spend, points, and promotional offers based on the remaining eligible portion of the order. Benefit Limits & Caps

Total promotional benefits per order cannot exceed 40% of the listed retail price. Point redemption is separately capped at a maximum of 30% of the eligible product subtotal and requires a minimum order amount. Excess benefits beyond the cap cannot be transferred to a 60-day period or converted into cash.

Account Information & Privacy

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and contact OPODIS immediately if you detect suspicious transactions. Date of birth is optional; providing it allows for birthday voucher evaluation per policy.

Information is used to operate your account, process orders, and manage membership benefits in accordance with the website Privacy Policy. Joining does not automatically imply consent to receive all promotional content. You may request to verify, update inaccurate information, or seek data support through official OPODIS channels.

Leaving Program & Discrepancy Resolution

You may request to leave the program at any time. Remaining points and vouchers will become void, including pending points. Shopping accounts and transaction audit logs will be retained; requests for personal data deletion will be handled separately. Orders with held points or pending clawbacks must be reconciled before proceeding.

In case of data discrepancies, OPODIS reconciles based on order logs and transaction history; adjustments will be recorded rather than deleting history. Customers may still purchase using regular payment methods while point adjustments are under review.

Program Modifications

Changes to or termination of the program will be announced 30 days in advance per published policy. New versions specify their effective date; past order benefits are evaluated based on the version logged at the time of purchase. Please follow announcements on the website or contact OPODIS for assistance.

Reward Point Wallet Terms

Points & Wallet Balance Display

The Point Wallet is linked to your member account to track your point balance and privileges. Reward points are not cash deposits, cannot be topped up or withdrawn, cannot be transferred to other accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Pending Points	Points not yet unlocked, typically purchase points awaiting the 168-hour window.
Held Points	Points reserved for processing orders, temporarily unavailable for other purchases.
Clawback Points	Points needing reconciliation or recovery from order adjustments, cancellations, or returns.

Unlock Schedule & Expiration

Each batch of purchase points waits 168 hours from confirmed delivery and remains valid for 12 months from the date it becomes usable. Expected unlock dates are displayed in the wallet; expiring points update when you access the wallet or when automated system tasks run.

Each point batch carries its own validity period. At checkout, the system automatically uses older points first. Points refunded from canceled orders retain their original expiry date; if the original period has elapsed, those points will not become available again.

Holding & Redeeming Points

Points are held during checkout to prevent duplicate balance usage across multiple orders. Once an eligible transaction completes, held points are marked as redeemed; if canceled or abandoned, held points are released based on order status and batch validity. Refreshing or resubmitting actions will not create fake balances.

100 points equal 1,000 VND discount on merchandise value. Point redemption is available only when enabled, for eligible orders from 99,000 VND, adhering to the 30% redemption limit and 40% overall benefit cap. Points do not cover shipping fees.

Order Cancellations, Returns & Point Recovery

Redeemed points used for payment and points earned from an order are managed separately. When items are returned, OPODIS reconciles each portion based on returned merchandise, including milestone bonuses and Tier Bạc upgrade rewards if applicable.

If clawback points have already been spent, OPODIS offsets them against refund amounts. Any unrecovered balance is recorded to be settled with future usable points; no negative cash refunds or extra charges will be billed. You can continue purchasing with cash normally.

Program Exit & Transaction Verification

Upon leaving the program, the right to use remaining points ends; history and pending reconciliation balances are not automatically erased. If you spot incorrect numbers, contact OPODIS and provide your order ID for verification. Never share passwords or authentication codes with anyone.
